Overview
Located on the corner of 9th Street and 11th avenue, the Oranjemund Art Centre is a place where everyone is welcome to explore their artistic side. The Art Centre is bursting at its seams with more than 250 students a month passing through the facility. The Centre offers music, painting and sculpting as well as sewing and leatherwork classes. Local teachers are being utilised for daily classes, and specialists are brought in to teach specific skills to both students and teachers.
Weekly classes are open to all locals
The centre offers up to 14 classes weekly consisting of arts and crafts, sewing and music classes for all age groups.
