Established in 2015 as a R&D facility to evaluate the viability of a medium to large scale agriculture industryThis initiative continues to produce to full capacity a variety of vegetables (sweet potatoes, carrots, beetroots, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, jalapenos, chillies, cucumbers, lettuces, cabbages, cauliflower, and many more). Feasibility study is completed to utilise 500ha of land along the Orange River.

Nursery
- Nursery turnaround strategy underway – starting with major clean-up, expansion, soil enrichment, new planting programme and skills upgrading
- Scale and reaching the market are challenging, processing onsite a possibility
- Would better serve as a seedling nursery for lower Orange River agriculture when it starts
