In a landmark collaboration, OMDis and Telecom have successfully rolled out the long-awaited Fibre to Home project in Oranjemund. This one-of-a-kind partnership promises to deliver ultra-fast and affordable internet to every home in the area, marking a significant milestone in Namibia’s digital landscape.
The deal is a result of equal investment from both entities, with OMDis and Telecom each contributing 50% to the project. Together, they aim to bring the most reliable and cost-effective internet service to the residents of Oranjemund, positioning it as a model for future digital infrastructure projects across the country.
